7 reasons to create multiple e-mail accounts for internet marketing~

.: This post should be posted early than any other post, but we still can use it at this moment~

In order to build an business blogspot, we must have an e-mail account before we start using any blogging platform. Creating an e-mail is pretty easy, but to do it the internet marketing way, we need to use it with a different approach.

What kind of approach?
Optimization. Use every tools or website to it's fullest potential. E-mails can be used for many other uses, instead of just for writing or reading purposes only. But before that, please do these homework first:
  1. Create your Gmail account.
  2. Create your Y!mail account.
Why need to create two e-mails? Gmail is great e-mail account because with one account, we can integrate it with other Google free services. Compared to Yahoo!mail (Y!mail), Gmail does not offer unlimited storage - which is quite disappointing. You can read more of Gmail and Y!mail differences here.

After finishing our homework, this is why we create multiple e-mail accounts: 7 reasons to create multiple e-mail accounts for internet marketing.
  • To differentiate personal and business e-mails. Different e-mail serves different purposes. My recommendations is to create 3 e-mail accounts - Gmail is for accessing free Google services (especially Blogger.com), one Y!mail for collector box, another one more Y!mail is solely for one business blogspot contact information.
  • To become our freebies reservoir~ Y!mail is great for storing our free ebooks subscriptions, free templates, free documents and other freebies because they offer unlimited storage. We will encounter many many many freebies invitation when we doing this internet marketing, this is the reason why Y!mail is chosen.  ;-)
  • As a means of communication. Both Y!mail and Gmail provides free built-in messenger and this can be used to exchange information between our business partners, or used as an online class to teach our customers.
  • Back up our project drafts. Gmail can access Google Docs, where we can save our spreadsheets, our text documents or our presentations "in the cloud". They do support other type of documents as well, enabling us to upload our documents online. For those who always losing their USBs, Google Docs might be your alternative solution.
  • To collect junk or spam mail in one place. Usually, after subscribing with multiple internet marketing freebies, our e-mails somehow "subscribes" spam e-mails too. By limiting one Y!mail for freebies collections (a.k.a. spam e-mail storage), other Y!mail for our contact information will not be crowded with these unwanted e-mails. That's what we called content management, eh, e-mail managements~
  • As our ID for giving comments on a blog or websites. Usually, when we write comments for a blog, they will asks our e-mail for verification. Some sites allowed anonymous comments, but many prefer e-mail to be given before comments can be displayed. This e-mail address won't be displayed, it's just as a security measure for blog comments.
  • Register for other online services. We will use our e-mail account to register for adding widgets, using Bit.ly, web 2.0, Facebook, Twitter, and other related websites for our online business. Reuse our e-mail so we won't have to create extra e-mail accounts again~

So, go now to Y!mail and Gmail and start creating your e-mail account today! More lesson, revision and homework is coming soon~~   X-D
